DIY FLAT Pack screens is our specialty.  We have been saving Australians thousands of dollars & months of waiting by cutting and providing kits so that you can install your own screen in 48 hours.  DIY means we cut it to the sizes you provide, then we flat pack in pieces and you pickup or we deliver BUT YOU INSTALL.

Carport screens are so simple to install.  To install 4 screens in your carport should not take you any more then half a day.  Don't wait 4 to 6 weeks for others to fabricate.  Don't wait 2 to 3 weeks to get someone out to quote.  If you are handy for DIY then do the job yourself and we will cut in 2 working days.

- Tell me what height and width between your posts (usually keep panels under 3000mm)  If wider then 3m then see note below.

- Tell me colour of slats (we carry 8 colours so look further down in the message)

- Tell me if you want  0mm or 10mm or 16mm or 40mm gaps between the slats

For example a typical 2700wide x 1400 high screen or fence with 16 mm gaps and built horizontal slats and in Black would be $610.  That works out at $161 per SQM. We DO NOT install at your location and the pickup is from Narangba, or delivery to most parts of Australia mainland (No TAS or WA)

• We give you free inserts to either allow 0mm, 10mm, 16mm or 40mm gap between slats
• Merbau & Red Cedar have the Gloss Woodgrain finish on it
• White, Cream and Light Grey are a gloss finish
• Black and Grey are a matt/satin finish

What if my panels are wider than 3000mm?

• If you're keeping the screen at the top only for sun protection, etc. and generally under 1200mm in overall height then you can attach a 50mm dropper post onto your top carport frame. Then say a 5000mm panel can be cut into 2 panels with both meeting into the sides of this dropper.  Search dropper post on this website.
• If your only coming down 600mm then you'd be fine using up to 4800mm wide in one panel, without middle posts and we will provide multiple braces to allow all the slats to connect over that span.
• If you installing full height screens then install a 76mm post ($40 per metre in 8 colours).  Use our super heavy duty post bases that you can attach to your concrete at $35 each.  You may be able to install another base on top also to allow it to be super tough.  if not then just DIY a top bracket once the post is installed.  Then once again create 2 panels with them meeting on either side of that posts.
• The math on the 76mm panel example would be if the span was 5000m.  5000 less 76mm post then divide by 2 panels = 2462 wide each

SIMPLE TO USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW – All fittings generally in stock

• Connect an F-Channel to internal centre of post on both sides
• Insert first slat, get it level & Tec Screw it through the concealed screw section (Screws are free)
• Leave your gap (we provide free 0mm, 10mm, 16mm or 40mm gap inserts)
• Insert next slat, etc.
• Add cover strip over F-Channel to conceal screws (free with the DIY kit)
• Add caps to top or bottom of F-Channel to dress up (free with the DIY kit)
• If span is 1800mm or more we will provide in the kit  between 1 and 3 braces to connect the slats together as standard

What you should know:

- Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders for each panel (if pickup)

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 1-3mm difference in final size

- When we quote you slat gaps (0mm, 10mm or 16mm or 40mm) this will be the gap between the slats.  The slat and gap may not divide equally into your height so we will advise what that gap is when we give you the installation instructions. 

BULKY GOODS DELIVERY

- If only buying 1 x gate or 1 x panel then Australia wide wrapping and shipping is =$120.

-$200 flat rate fee to the Southside of Brisbane

-$250 flat rate fee to the Gold Coast, Ipswich or Sunshine Coast

-$350 flat rate fee to Sydney or Rockhampton

-$450 flat rate fee to Melbourne or Townsville

**We use backload trucks for most of the above and usually do all drops in other country towns we pass but following that main highway.  Sometimes these deliveries will be after hours
