You can build your louvre screens and fences between Aluminium posts or your own brick piers or other post material like timber or steel.

We carry 76x76mm or 100x100 Aluminium Posts here.

All our slats are a Heavy Duty 100mm High x 16mm or 65mm x 16mm Thick aluminium profile with 2 reinforcing ribs inside. It's powder coated so will give you at least a decade of no paint or maintenance.

Our Louvre slat holders are a rigid extrusion with laser cut slat holes that hold the slats on a fixed angle.

For 100mm louvres, the extrusion is 65mm wide (eg the width that goes on the top and bottom).

When slats are inserted it leaves a 10mm gap between slats but the airflow gap is 24mm.

For 65mm louvres, the extrusion is 50mm wide (eg the width that goes on the top and bottom).

When slats are inserted it leaves a 10mm gap between slats and a 10mm airflow gap .

There is a 50x50 box frame around the entire panel so it is very self supporting

If the screen is taller than 1400mm then a 3rd louvre track will be provided for the centre, to support the slats.

So it's a sleek and strong finish where all slats slide into its housing.  The screws are external so when you fit, decide which side will see them.

The slat top and bottom holders and box channel only come in BLACK, DARK GREY & WHITE.

We cut orders on Tuesdays & Thursdays so get your order in before that & we work till all jobs are out.

Your width won't normally divide equally so there are fixed widths you need to work with.  Eg 1600mm wide is fixed but you can go up or down in lots of 106.5mm (65.4mm for 65mm slats) to suit your job.  If the width you provide doesn't suit a full vertical slat, we will build the frame leaving an even gap on the left and right.

Remember the HEIGHT size you give us, the louvre screen will be cut to that size & we will do the allowances for the frame supplied around it.

We are a small family run Brisbane company but we fill all our orders each cut day and we never leave anyone hanging. Our prices are transparent and the price algorithm we use is a fair price for all for the fast service provide. I can quote in 5 minutes so don't be afraid to ask for new sizes if needed.

My direct mobile is 0414237573 so feel free to switch to SMS which can be faster.

If you need posts then it's $40 per metre cut to size. Posts are in Black or White, Dark Grey or Merbau alloy. All 76x76mm strong aluminium posts that are matching colours.

We don't do any  home Installing or site visits at all. We are just DIY.

This means it's all cut to your sizes & all the screws included. We don't provide screws to fit to your structure.

All you need at home is a tek drill and a bit of time.

SIMPLE TO USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW – All fittings generally in stock

                  • Most people will build the louvre screens as panels on the ground before installing.
                  • Build the 50x50.box frame with the internal angles
                  • Connect the top and bottom rails with a slat by sliding it inside the laser cut holes.  Remove the plastic from slats only for the section that will be inserted
                  • Insert first slat, get it level & Tec Screw it from the rear, then connect to other side channel and do a measure (screws are free)
                  • We have allowed a clearance of 4mm overall for the slat.
                  • Insert next slat, etc. letting the other end hang while lying ti down
                  • Once done, gently manipulate the other side channel into all the slats (this can be fiddly), then TEC if needed but most won't.
                  • Insert panel into your space and screw in from behind to keep the screws as invisible as possible

PRICES - Cut to size then you assemble at home

                  • Posts in Black are $40/lm cut to suit including the post cap
                  • See the widths that you need to use to make sure slats finish on a full slat.  Heights whatever you like but widths to match below

WE ALSO MAKE STANDARD FLAT SLAT SCREENS AT AROUND $90 PER SQM CHEAPER

What you should know to place an order:

                  - Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders for each panel

                  - We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

                  - Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

                  - Allow 3-6mm difference in final sizes

                  - To make the height even with the slats side channels a table below gives you more details,  If you don't work to these heights then there will be a gap and holes appearing in channels.
