Gates are generally available up to approximately 2000mm wide x 2100mm high per gate leaf.
SQUARE TOP OR SPIKE TOP
Our Square Top is the standard design and gives the gate a clean, modern and contemporary appearance.
For customers wanting a more traditional security look, Spike Tops are also available as an optional upgrade.
Both designs use heavy-duty 25mm x 25mm aluminium vertical security bars combined with our concealed horizontal rail system.

HEAVY DUTY ALUMINIUM CONSTRUCTION
The vertical security bars are manufactured from 25mm x 25mm x 1.2mm powder-coated aluminium.
Our exclusive 40mm x 40mm horizontal rail system is pre-punched at approximately 95mm centres. The vertical bars pass through the rails and are mechanically secured before the fixings are concealed behind a locking aluminium cover.
This creates a strong security panel with a clean appearance and no exposed fixing screws on the finished face.
The surrounding gate frame is manufactured from 50mm x 50mm aluminium box section using concealed frame fittings.

HINGES, LOCKS & POSTS
We stock a full range of hardware to complete your gate including 180-degree pivot hinges, tension hinges, latches, locks and gate hardware.
Allowance may need to be made in your opening size for your selected hinges and locking hardware. We can advise the correct deductions when quoting.

DIY FLAT PACKED SYSTEM
Your gate is cut to size at our Narangba factory and supplied as a DIY kit.
The internal security panel is assembled first using the pre-punched horizontal rails and vertical bars.
Once the bars are correctly positioned and squared, the concealed fixings are secured and the aluminium rail covers fitted.
The 50mm x 50mm gate frame is then assembled and the completed security panel fitted securely inside the frame.
The result is a professional custom aluminium security gate without paying for a fully welded fabricated gate.
IMPORTANT CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION
- A $100 payment is required for custom cutting of each gate or panel for pickup orders
- Custom cutting is generally completed on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Please allow approximately 3–6mm manufacturing tolerance on finished sizes
- Standard internal bar gaps are approximately 95mm
- Usually supplied with a rear mounting diagonal brace
- The first and last gaps may vary slightly depending on the overall gate width
