We use either White or Monument or Black aluminium slats connected to channels with a 0mm, 10mm, 16mm, 40mm or 80mm gap between the vertical Slats at bottom.

The 38mm battens on top are spaced between 45 & 165mm apart

The listed example price is an estimate of these vertical gates in Gloss White or Satin Black or Matt Dark Grey with 40mm gaps on the bottom, between the slats and 100mm gaps on top, and 2000 wide x 1700 high = $935 or $275 per Square Metre. Supplied cut to size and flat packed, then you DIY

Posts are extra and available in 8 colours in 76x76mm if needed.

• The custom gates uses a Top and Bottom Rail made from 80 x 50mm (it is a combination of an 50 and 30mm channels put together.
• Mid Rail is 110x50mm
• All the screws that lock in the slats are screwed behind a concealed proprietary channel that looks sleek and a beautiful finish.
• There will always be variable gaps between the first and last slat as most times the width you have wont divide equally between the slats and the set gaps.
• DROP in 180 degree pivot hinges are $60 per gate.

To order you only need to provide the the width you need the gate frame. If using my hinges take off a 25mm gap for that and a lock usually remove 10mm.
