Our Chunky Vertical Fence Panels are built using heavy-duty 100x16mm aluminium slats fitted into a premium 80x50mm top and bottom rail system. This gives the fence a bold, architectural, high-end finish compared with standard aluminium fencing.
Choose your preferred vertical slat gap: 0mm, 10mm, 16mm, 40mm, 80mm or 100mm.

Example: 2500mm wide x 1000mm high fence panel in white with 80mm gaps = $566
This works out to around $227 per m², supplied cut to size for DIY assembly.
Larger and taller panels usually become better value per square metre.

Step 1 – Order Your Posts First
SMS or call us with how many posts you need and what lengths. We supply 76x76mm aluminium posts in matching colours. Concrete base plates are also available.
Step 2 – Install Posts, Then Measure
Concrete your posts in, fit your post caps, then measure the exact openings between each post.
Step 3 – SMS Your Panel Sizes
SMS each panel size to 0414 237 573 and mention you need Chunky Vertical Fence Panels.

Saturday pickup: available if ordered midweek
We cut fences and gates every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders need to be placed before cutting days. Most custom orders are ready in around 48 hours.
