What These Gates Are
Heavy-duty aluminium swing gates made with vertical bottom slats with a 100mm and 38mm alternate combo and Hamptons-style top 38mm battens. We build using White, Monument (dark grey) or Black powder-coated aluminium.
Example estimate for a gate in Gloss White / Satin Black / Matt Dark Grey with
40mm bottom gaps and 100mm top batten gaps:

Build Details
- Bottom slat gaps: 0mm, 10mm, 16mm, 40mm or 80mm between vertical slats.
- Top battens: 38mm battens spaced between 45mm and 165mm (100mm typical default).
- Top & bottom rails: 80×50mm (made from a combined channel system for strength).
- Mid rail: 110×50mm.
- Concealed fixing: screws sit behind a concealed proprietary channel for a clean, premium finish.
- Reality of custom widths: there will usually be a slightly different gap on the first/last slat because most widths don’t divide perfectly.
Hardware & Options
- Drop-in 180° pivot hinges: $60 per gate.
- Posts (optional): 76×76mm available in 8 colours.

How to Order
- Send us the gate frame width you need.
- If using our hinges: allow approx. 25mm gap. If adding a lock: usually allow another 10mm.
- Choose your slat colour, frame colour, and gap sizes.
- We cut to size, flat-pack it, and you assemble & install.

- Default top batten gaps: 100mm default (or any gap you request).

We use backload trucks for many runs and commonly drop into towns along the main highway route. Deliveries can sometimes occur after hours. For all other areas, we can quote delivery to your home or regional town.
