- Cutting days: Tuesdays & Thursdays – get orders in beforehand

- Protective film left on materials for you to remove
- Size tolerance: −5mm to +5mm (hand cut)
- Equal gap top & bottom to the frame (we don’t rip slats lengthways)
- Allow clearance for hinges & locks (typically 10–30mm)
- Two people recommended for installation

Gate & Fence Alignment Note
Horizontal gates use a T-Channel combo for top/bottom rails. Next to a slat fence, lines may not perfectly align unless specified at order. For mixed heights or critical alignment, consider vertical slats for the gate or ask us about an alternate profile set for gate+fence combos.

When cut, allow a −5 to +5mm tolerance. Leave clearances for your chosen hinges/locks. Some hinges need 10–30mm gaps; magnet catches may need 10–15mm.
