All our slats are a Heavy Duty 152mm High x 22mm Thick PVC polymer profile with 2 reinforcing ribs inside.

Our top & bottom slat holding Poclet Rails are a huge140x38mm and with the supplied brackets can connect to any post or building.

They are an interlocking extrusion that securely locks in & connects all slats like a brace to make the panels super strong.

**Note- Price listed is an example of a 2300w x 1800h fence woth 40mm gaps as a square metre price.  Eg $308 full panel /4.14sqm =$74**

We cut all PVC orders on Wednesdays every week so get your order in before that & we work till all jobs are ready.

The gaps between the Vertical Slats can be  0,10, 16, 40 or 80mm. We provide spacer infills with your order & include clear pvc glue to snap them in place.

Your width won't normally divide equally so there be an evenly ripped slat inside the side channel in either side. (4 x small DIY notches needs to be done by you with a hacksaw upon installation to be accurate)

White screws are provided.  All our Polymer is rated for outdoors using our unique blended UV formula from one of the largest suppliers in the world.

So it's a chunky Hamptons slat style at a budget price versus Aluminium.

The channels & internal slats are all gloss white.

NOTE: the WIDTH size you give means the screen or fence will be cut to that & we allow for side brackets & channels.

We are a small family run Brissy company but we fill all our orders each cut day & we never leave anyone hanging. Our prices are transparent, the price algorithm we use is a fair price for the fast service.

If you need posts it's $30 per metre cut to size in white & are a huge 125x125mm (includes cap)

We don't do installs or site visits at all. Just DIY.

This means it's all cut to your sizes & all the screws, locking channels, & any braces are included. Usually a screens Max width is around 3000mm between posts.

All you need at home is a tek drill, small tools & time.
