How to Get Fast Prices

- SMS me your size to 0414237573

- Tell me what height and width YOU need the gate frame (normally a max width span is 5000mm, but we do plenty up to 8m)

- Tell me colour of pickets, either White or Black or Dark Grey

- Tell me the gaps between pickets.  You can choose your gaps.

For example a typical 5000 wide x 1200 high picket slider with 60mm gaps and built Vertical slats and in Black, White or Dark grey would be $1805.  That works out at $301 per SQM. This is a Cut to Size then flat packed as a DIY kit

The multi-purpose  top and bottom rail that we have developed have holes pre-punched every 40mm to give you a prefect vertical picket facade system that you can do DIY in any width or height that your job requires.

There are 2 horizontal rails per panel and allow the screws to sit inside then an aluminum cover conceals all the fixings for a great looking finish.

The gate frame is made 50x50mm Box that screw together with internal brackets and braces

Total depth of gate will be 66mm.

Select your between each picket gap to get an accurate quote.  Obviously the closer the pickets, the more privacy but also the more aluminum is used so higher the price

The slat pickets are 100mm 16mm or 65mm x 16mm.  The screw connection system is super strong with our internal ribs inside the pickets, the extrusion is connected using the included 4 x internal fasteners each picket.

The slats and rails come in 3 colours; Satin Black, Dark Grey or Gloss White.

• Usually you fit you bottom and top rail around 10% of the overall slat length
• Fully concealed rear fixings
• Caps for the top and bottom of each pickets; Either black or grey or white plastic caps
• Plugs provided for excess holes in horizontal rail.  Half of our customers do not use them. Either black or white
• If wide than 5000mm then you will get 2 piece horizontal rails

What you should know:

- Payment of $250 needs to be made for any custom orders for each panel

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 3-6mm difference in final sizes

- When we quote you slat gaps this will be the gap between the slats.  The slat and gap may not divide equally into your width so we will advise what that gap is when we give you the installation instructions. Or ask us prior to the order.
