LOUVRE HOOD AWNINGS
Our louvre hood awnings are built using heavy-duty 65x16mm powder-coated aluminium slats, featuring 2 internal strengthening ribs for maximum durability and long-term performance.
Each system uses precision laser-cut 16mm thick louvre holders, designed to hold the slats at a fixed angle with a 10mm airflow gap — providing excellent ventilation while reducing heat and glare.
The result is a clean, modern architectural finish, with all slats neatly housed within the frame.
External screws are used for assembly, allowing you to choose which side faces out during installation.
HOW IT WORKS
- All panels are cut to your exact size
- Supplied flat packed for DIY assembly
- Frames are built using 2.5mm wall thickness 50mm aluminium sections
- You choose your projection (depth) and number of wall bracket stand-off arms
Example:
A 2700mm wide awning will typically use 3 wall brackets and 2 panel sections, but once assembled,
it forms one solid unit.

INSTALLATION NOTES

- Recommended width: window width + 300mm (150mm each side)
- Maximum width: 5000mm
All brackets come pre-drilled, however hole sizes may need adjustment depending on your mounting surface.
