We stock 76x76mm Aluminium Posts in matching colours. You can install between our posts, brick piers, timber posts, or steel posts.
- Posts = $40 per linear metre (cut to suit)
- Post Base (for concrete pad) = $35
SIMPLE INSTALLATION
- Concrete 76x76 post into ground or fix to pad
- Fix F-Channel to inside of posts
- Insert first slat, level and tek screw through concealed section (screws supplied)
- Insert gap spacer (0 / 10 / 16 / 40mm supplied free)
- Continue stacking slats
- Clip cover strip over F-Channel to hide screws (included)
- Add top caps (included)
For spans 1800mm+, we include 1–3 internal braces for strength.

Cut to size – you assemble at home.
Example: 1800w x 1600h – 40mm gaps – Horizontal – Black = $402 (approx $139 per sqm)
We custom make ANY size. We cut twice weekly – Tuesday & Thursday.
GATES AVAILABLE
We also make matching gates. We cut it — you tek it together at home.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- $100 deposit required per custom panel
- Allow 1–3mm tolerance
- Protective film left on material for you to remove
- Slat gaps quoted are between slats (we confirm final layout in install guide)
