How to Get Fast Prices

- SMS me your size to 0414237573

- Tell me what height and width of your Balustrade (usually max width is 2200mm)

- Tell me if you want 16mm or 40mm gaps between the slats (if you need wider gaps we can sell you extrusion to cut yourself any gap)

For example a typical 2200 wide x 1200 high Balustrade with 40mm gaps and built Vertical slats and in Black would be $458.  That works out at $173 per SQM. 

We do not install at your location and the pickup is from Narangba.

WHEN WIDER than 2200mm

I have seen customers internally screw several of the slats, diagonally in the channels, before adding in the spacers.  Others have also added external screw to a few slats to support when the panels are wider.  We are just DIY panel cutters we cant advise if any of those ways are good for your job

SIMPLE TO USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW – All fittings generally in stock

• Connect the bottom rail with the 2 brackets to the internal centre of post on both sides
• Insert custom first spacer then first slat then standard spacer then slat then standard spacer and so on
• Gently manipulate the top hand rail on to all the slats and use brackets to secure.
• Insert the spacers in the top rail (this can be a little fiddly)

PRICES - Cut to size then you assemble at home

• 2200w x 900 high with 40mm gaps, build Vertical and in Black would be $458.  So $173 per SQM

• Posts in matching colours in Powder coated Aluminium are $40/lm cut to suit including the post cap

• Post Base (for concrete) = $25 

What you should know:

- Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders for each panel

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 3-6mm difference in final sizes

- When we quote you slat gaps (16mm or 40mm) this will be the gap between the slats.  The slat and gap may not divide equally into your width.  The way we handle this is by making the first and last gap between your post and first and last slat larger.  if you want to know that size ask us prior to the order.

- If only buying 1 x gate or 1 x panel then Australia wide wrapping and shipping is =$120.

-$140 flat rate fee to the Northside of Brisbane

-$200 flat rate fee to the Southside of Brisbane

-$250 flat rate fee to the Gold Coast, Ipswich or Sunshine Coast

-$350 flat rate fee to Sydney or Rockhampton

-$450 flat rate fee to Melbourne or Townsville

**We use backload trucks for most of the above and usually do all drops in other country towns we pass but following that main highway.  Sometimes these deliveries will be after hours
