Composite Balustrade Gate – Custom Made to Size
Our composite balustrade gates match our handrail balustrade system for a seamless, stylish finish. Every gate is custom cut to your sizes and supplied flat-packed for easy DIY.

Key Features
- Rails: Co-extruded composite with a 25-year warranty; chunky 80×30 mm profile with pressed grain texture for a timber look & feel.
- Reinforced strength: Galvanized steel bar embedded inside each composite rail.
- Colours: Rails in Hamptons White only. Verticals are alloy 25×25 mm in White, Dark Grey, or Black.
- Side frame: 50×50 mm alloy box section for strength and stability.
- Custom sizes: Provide your gate width and height (max width 1500 mm). We cut to size.
- Gap options: Choose 20 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm, or 80 mm between vertical bars.
- Brackets: Only available in black
- Assembly: Verticals connect via screw-in inserts (included).
- Diagonal Brace: Included (nor shown on image)
Heads up: The total width won’t always divide evenly between bars, so small edge gaps can occur
between the frame and the first/last bar. Let us know if this is a concern and we’ll advise expected edge gaps.
Optional Extras
- Posts: 76×76 mm Heavy Duty – $40 per metre
- Hinges: 180° Pivot ($60) or Self-Closing ($40) per gate
- Wheels: Supplied for gates wider than 1500 mm
- Locks/Latches: Only included if quoted

- The width you provide is the final cut size. We DO NOT allow for locks and latches.
- We don’t include hinges, locks, or latches unless specified in your quote.
- We don’t offer installs or site visits—this is a DIY system.
- All screws and brackets are included. You’ll just need a tek drill and some time.
Production Schedule
Orders are cut on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Get your measurements in beforehand and we’ll process them in the next cut cycle.
