Composite & Aluminium Balustrade Panels – Custom Made for DIY
Our composite and aluminium balustrades are a stylish, durable solution for any space. Each panel is custom cut to your exact sizes and supplied flat-packed for easy DIY installation.

Key Features
- Rails: Co-extrusion composite with a 25-year warranty.
- Chunky profile: Strong 80×30 mm rails for a premium look and feel.
- Reinforced strength: Galvanized steel bar inside each rail for durability.
- Colours: Rails in Hamptons White (pressed grain timber texture). Verticals in White, Dark Grey, or Black (25×25 mm alloy).
- Custom sizes: Heights cut to your panel size. Widths up to 2400 mm, with steel bar reinforcement. Some customers go wider
- Gap options: Choose 20 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm, or 80 mm.
- Assembly: Verticals connect with screw-in inserts (supplied).
- Brackets: 4 x Supplied in black only
- Gates: Also available to be custom made
Note: Widths don’t always divide evenly, so there may be a small gap at each side between your posts and the first/last bar. Contact us if this is important for your project.
Ordering Info
- The width you provide is the final cut size (allowance included for side brackets).
- All panels include screws and brackets.
- You’ll just need a tek drill and some time to assemble.
- DIY only: No installs or site visits provided.

Orders are cut every Tuesday & Thursday. Submit your measurements beforehand to be included in the next cut cycle.
