For example a typical 4000 wide x 1200 high Sliding Gate with 104mm gaps and built Vertical slats and in Black, white or Dark grey would be $2317. That works out at $257 per SQM. This is a Cut to Size then flat packed as a DIY kit for you to assemble.
The sliding gates come in 2 sections. The gate frame then the gate façade that attaches to the frame. The facade is a standard Blade fence kit that attaches to the frame using saddles
The multi-purpose top and bottom rail that we have developed have holes pre-punched every 40mm to give you a prefect vertical fence system that you can do DIY in any width or height that your job requires. These 2 horizontal rails per panel allow the screws to sit inside then an aluminum cover conceals all the fixings for a great looking finish.
Select your between each blade width to get an accurate Quote. Obviously the closer the blades the more privacy but also the more aluminum is used so higher the price:
- Connecting your blades every 40mm will leave gaps between slats of 24mm
- Connecting your blades every 80mm will leave gaps between slats of 64mm
- Connecting your blades on the 40mm will leave gaps between slats of 104mm
The slat blades are 40mm x 16mm, so they will protrude out past the gate frame by 40mm (total thickness of sliding gate is 130mm). The screw connection system is super strong with our internal ribs inside the blades and the extrusion has been tested and when fitted is as strong as welding.
The frame, blades and rails come in 3 colours; Satin Black, Dark Grey or Gloss White.
