Size:  300mm x 300mm x 1.6mm slat wall thickness x 50x50mm corner frame thickness

Height needs to be a little flexible as it has to finish with a full slat so heights are 1224mm and must be in increments of 100mm and ending in 24mm e.g. 1424mm or 1824mm or 2024mm etc.

The images of the white and black are assembled a little different and it is up to you if you want more lines on the front.  Also the slat infills doesn't need to be attached to the corners flush like shown it could move in up to 25mm to create more lines or features for your posts.

These posts are priced not for the poor mans build.  There is a lot of aluminum that goes into one of these posts.  I have charged a fair aluminum rate for the infills which is way below my standard fence rates.  We make them available based on using offcuts from our fence business.  Sometime we may not have enough offcuts to give you the quantity needed so ask before buying, to get an estimate.

Some customers use these posts as shown with our special flat cap on the top and bottom.  Others finish the top off with a concrete pier cap or similar heritage cap, etc.

The end plates are drilled around 22mm to suit a threaded bar of 20mm so you can cast into concrete, using Hold Down bolts if needed.  Obviously Dynabolts or other fasteners would also work, but a chunky heavy duty post really does need a minimum of ChemSet fasteners
